Hearken, fellow adventurers of both venerable and mystic paths, whether you've trodden the murky depths of the Chronicles of Shadow or danced with the spectral threads of the Chronicles of the Undying! I, Gerrick the Historian, and occasional conjurer of the forgotten lore, summon thee! Lend me your ears—or better yet, your quills and tales!

Rumors swirl like the mists of the Shadow Lord’s domain, of heroes whose valorous deeds echo in the ale-soaked whispers of taverns and the hushed reverence of ancestral halls. These are not mere stories; they are the legacies that keep the darkness at bay! Yet, how fleeting memory can be, especially when the Raven Queen casts her ominous shadow over our fates.

I beseech you, noble souls, before you embark on your next perilous journey—perhaps your last—to entrust me with your epics so that your feats may never be forgotten. Here’s how we shall immortalize your sagas:

1. Signal your readiness to chronicle your adventures by sending a raven—or perhaps an email—to me at Gerrick@dndfest.com.

2. Declare whether your stories are woven from the Chronicles of Shadow or spun from the Chronicles of the Undying, or if they are tales intertwining both.

3. Pen your exploits in a tome (or document) rich with every daring rescue, every dragon slain, and every spell cast. Spare no detail!

4. I will summon you for a brief conclave—no more than half an hour—to ensure not a single heroic act is lost to time.

5. Mark the calendar! All manuscripts must be entrusted to my keeping by the turning of the midsummer moon, on June 30th.

6. Prepare for a meeting with me, following your submission, to weave together any frayed ends of your tales.
