Due Dates and Other Important Items

Adventurers, to ensure our event proceeds seamlessly, it's crucial that everyone adheres to the following key dates and instructions. Our Dungeon Masters (DMs) depend on your timely responses to craft thrilling adventures. Please review and act upon each item listed below:

  • April 29: Character Sheets Review

    • For those returning from last year's DnD Fest, review your character sheets, magic items, and gold totals. Expect an email with details from dan@dndfest.com. Check out your character sheet here.

  • April 30: Orientation Sessions

    • New to DnD Fest? Join one of the Orientation Sessions to get up to speed and have your questions answered. Details available here.

  • May 1: Join Our Discord

    • Engage with ongoing discussions about DnD Fest and connect with your team. This is a great platform to discuss strategies and get to know each other.

  • June 1: Final Submission of Character Sheets

    • All players must submit updated character sheets by this date. Veterans should update their sheets to Level 9. New players, please follow the guidelines provided in the 2024 Players Booklet available here. Use the online, fillable PDF sheets like this common template. Remember, submissions must be typed, not handwritten. Send your sheets to dan@dndfest.com.

  • May through August: Know Your Party

    • Your party groups were formed at the time of ticket purchase. Familiarize yourself with your party members to enhance teamwork and gameplay. Arrange video meetings via the Discord channel to discuss play styles. For a complete list of parties, visit here.

Please ensure that you follow these steps to help us provide a memorable and organized DnD Fest. Looking forward to seeing you all in action!
