DnD Fest update! Get Ready for ‘The Door to Elsewhere
Adventurers Assemble!
Brave adventurers, rally your comrades and stand shoulder to shoulder — the grand saga of The Chronicles of The Forest Inn is about to unfold! This campaign, set 275 years after The Chronicles of the Undying, marks a bold new era of camaraderie, intrigue, and high adventure.
This year’s chapter, The Door to Elsewhere, centers around a mysterious ancient door, recovered more than two centuries ago and now safeguarded within The Forest Inn itself. Its purpose, its power, and its secrets remain largely unknown, but its presence has stirred whispers of hidden paths and unseen worlds. This enigmatic relic will play a key role in the unfolding adventure, calling adventurers to uncover its mysteries.
Unlike past campaigns, this is truly a party-centric journey. Your party will work together as a united front while also collaborating with two allied parties as part of a larger team. Together, you’ll take on perilous missions posted by the Adventurer’s Guild. Each party has been granted the rare favor of a mysterious sponsor. Their motives? Unknown. Their generosity? Unmatched. Your Guild membership fees have been paid in full. Commissions on treasure? Already handled. Your only obligation: report all magical items your party discovers to an official representative of the Adventurer’s Guild. No debts. No hidden strings. Just the thrill of adventure.
Choose Your Path
Before each quest, you and your allied parties will gather to review three available missions. Your parties must work together to decide which group will undertake which mission. Debate it. Plan it. Choose wisely. If no agreement is reached, the Guild will make the choice for you.
Gatherw Your Party
Every adventurer needs companions they can trust with their lives. While many of you will arrive at DnD Fest with your party already assembled, new adventurers are always drawn to the call of glory. Be prepared to welcome them into your ranks. Each party will have a maximum of six players. If your group arrives with three or four, you may find new faces joining your cause. Worry not — you’ll have time to train together before the first roll of the dice.
Prepare to know each other’s strengths, skills, and quirks. Will your fighter hold the line when danger closes in? Can your wizard call down fire with precision? Will your rogue disarm the trap or… set it off? Know each other well, for your fates are bound together.
If you already have a party in mind, be sure to coordinate with your companions before purchasing tickets. Ideally, tickets for your party should be purchased together, and you should notify us of your party members when you do. This will help ensure your party stays intact during the event.
Claim Your Ticket to Adventure
Tickets for DnD Fest will be released in waves:
🗡️ January – Those who attended last year’s Fest get first pick. Claim your place for $200 — a price we’ve proudly held for several years.
🗡️ February – Prior attendees who missed last year may now purchase tickets for $225. We’ve done everything possible to avoid raising prices, but the rising cost of food, insurance, and event logistics left us no choice.
🗡️ March – Any remaining tickets will be offered to the general public at $250. If you attended last year, don’t wait — January is your chance to lock in the best price and secure your spot before the gates open to others.
The ticket link is not live yet, but it will be ready in early January, at which point we’ll make another announcement. Rally your party, mark your calendars, and be ready to secure your place in this legendary adventure.
Steel your resolve. The Door to Elsewhere has opened.
