Team C DMs
Ed Fife
This will be my ninth year as a dungeon master for the DnD Fest since its start in 2016. I have been playing D&D for 21 years and DMing for most of them. I was introduced to TTRPG's by my cousin and have since indoctrinated a few dozen people into the game. My style of DMing is very diverse, I do the best I can to include something for everyone at the table. Improv is my biggest strength as a DM and I leave a lot of "blank pages" in my stories for the players to fill in a way that is meaningful to them. I also believe D&D is special because of its lack of limits and I reward creativity from players. You can try anything you want, just remember your ridiculous idea may have a ridiculous DC.
Cerrah Hembroff
Hello travelers! My name is Cerrah (Sara). I have been playing D&D for over 20 years, and have been consistently DMing my home group for a decade. I also have been in the D&D social media sene, guesting in charity streams and lets plays. I enjoy theater of the mind and especially reward role play and collaboration from my players. I am a big believer in the elevator pitch. I am especially fond of new players and players who think outside the books. Keeping in mind this event requires RAW, I still want to make sure players feel like they can be creative at the table. So, I’ll do my silliest voices. You can bring your pop culture references. Let’s roll some dice, and tell a story.
Doug Hettich
I first played D&D when I worked as a summer camp counselor in the late 90s. So camping and D&D, like at the Festival, has always held a special place in my heart. I am a Forever DM by choice and have been running games for the last 25 years and with every edition of D&D. I always strive to create a nice mix of story, roleplay, combat, and puzzle-solving in my games. I like playing big characters as NPCs and my sessions lean more toward the comedic. I try to get creative with my writing and how I craft adventures, experimenting with the game and trying new approaches to encounters, monsters, traps, stories, etc. This either makes for some crazy and fun sessions, or some incredible catastrophes.
